Mike Terranova is a dedicated and knowledgeable real estate agent who takes pride in the relationships he builds with every client. With a background in law enforcement, be assured the core of his foundation is built with integrity and trust. He brings contagious energy to real estate and specializes in various aspects of the profession, whether assisting clients with buying or selling their home or searching for an investment opportunity. At a young age, Mike developed an interest in learning about home systems and structures and continued to expand his knowledge into adulthood. In 2017, he decided to take his self-developed expertise to a professional level and obtained a real estate license in Delaware and Pennsylvania. Soon after entering the real estate business, he gained a reputation as a qualified, sincere realtor, who always puts the best interest of his clients first. Mike never shies away from strategically negotiating on behalf of his clients to save them money when purchasing a home or expertly preparing and marketing a client’s home to get the top dollar they deserve. In fact, Mike’s favorite aspect of real estate sales is advocating for his clients and delivering the news directly that we have a deal. His goal is never to persuade his clients into a sale, instead he is dedicated to providing his clients with information about the home, neighborhoods, nearby home sales, schools, crime rates, local restaurants, stores, and much more, to equip them with the knowledge necessary to make the best decision for them! Making a big move in real estate is an important and emotional decision, and Mike is honored when clients choose him as their liaison to guide them throughout the process and strives to make the relationships with his clients last a lifetime!

Throughout her career, Jessica has been known for her compassionate and service-based approach, always putting her clients’ needs first.
